Pancakes are easy to make desserts. The aroma of vanilla from warm pancakes, combined with soft ice cream and fresh pieces of fruit make this snack spoil the tongue. Here's the recipe for you to try at home.
Vanilla Pancake
Ingredient:
100 grams of medium protein flour
2 eggs
200 ml of liquid fresh milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
50 grams of margarine
1 teaspoon of baking powder / sufficient
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla pasta
1 teaspoon of fine / sufficient salt
Complementary presentation:
150 grams of chocolate ice cream
Complementary:
100 grams of strawberries
100 grams of vanilla ice cream
How to make:
1. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder, vanilla paste, and salt, mix well.
2. In a separate place, beat the eggs with margarine using a mixer until soft. Pour liquid fresh milk little by little, stir well. pour the milk and egg solution into the flour little by little while stirring with a medium speed mixer.
3. Heat a small, non-stick flat pan (7 cm in diameter) that has been smeared with margarine. Pour one spoonful of the mixture, cook until done. Lift. Do it until the dough runs out.
4. Arrange the pancakes on a serving plate. Place one vanilla ice cream shovel on top as a complement to the presentation. Decorate with team chocolate or chocolate sweetened condensed milk. Serve immediately. For 10 pieces
Note: Do not give too much margarine spread because it will cause the lower part to wrinkle.
