Fried chicken without gluten

I love fried chicken, now we make the gluten free version ...

For those who like milk can replace milk with coconut milk, but you can also use water as a bath if you don't like milk or coconut milk


Ingredient:

500 cc milk / coconut milk / soy milk / water
1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic

200 grams of cornstarch
salt to taste

Ingredient c:

cooking oil for frying


How to make :

1. mix ingredients a.
2. Soak the chicken pieces in ingredients and store them in the refrigerator overnight.
3. The next day drain the chicken from the marinade.
4. Mix ingredients B in a large bowl container
