How to make whole wheat bread at home

Whole Wheat Bread

Material:

500 grams of high-protein wheat flour
500 grams of whole wheat flour
50 grams of white margarine
50 grams of sugar
15 grams of instant yeast
630 ml of ice water
10 grams of milk powder
5 grams of bread improver / baker bonus
1 teaspoon of crumb softener
5 grams of fine salt

How to make:

1. Mix high-protein flour with whole wheat flour, bread improver, milk powder, crumb softener, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and fine salt. Stir well.
2. Pour water little by little while kneading until smooth. Add butter, knead again until the mixture is completely smooth.
3. Round the mixture, then let stand 60 minutes or until the mixture expands twice as large as before. Roll out the dough.
4. Cut the dough according to the size of the baking sheet, round the dough, re-ferment for 15 minutes. Put the dough back again.
5. Form a long round dough, place it on a loaf of bread size 25 x 10 x 12 cm that has been smeared with margarine. Ferment for 60 minutes. Or until the mixture expands perfectly.
6. Bake in an oven with a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until the bread is cooked and brownish yellow. Lift and chill.
7. Remove the bread from the baking sheet, set it on a serving plate. Serve. For 4 pans



Note:

Bread often hard and hard can be caused by choosing the type of flour. Therefore, always use high-protein wheat flour to make white bread or whole wheat bread. The oven temperature is too low and too short fermentation can also cause the bread to be hard and coarse textured.
