Baklava cake recipe

Making cakes from the Middle East is not difficult. Just need a little patience so that the cake results are neat and maximal. Here's the recipe.



Baklava

Ingredient:

72 sheets of fillo / phyllo pastry, ready to use
200 grams of butter, melt it

Fill, mix well:

200 grams of pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons of sugar
100 ml simple syrup / sugar syrup
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Washing:

100 ml simple syrup

How to make:

1. Rub on each surface of fillo pastry with butter, stack up to 10-12 piles.
2. Place a tablespoon of the ingredients in the middle of the mixture. Pull each end of fillo pastry into the middle so that a bowl or cup is formed.
3. Arrange the dough that has been formed on a margarine-coated baking sheet. Bake in the oven temperature at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until the cake is cooked and brownish yellow. Lift.
4. Flush each cake with 1 tablespoon syrup. Arrange on a serving plate. Serve.For 6 pieces


Note: Symple syrup is made from 100 g of boiled sugar with 100 ml of water to boil and thick.
